HOW IT WORKS
The objective of the 1FOCUS training program is to prepare all leaders to implement 1FOCUS themselves. From defining the goal and behavior to holding effective weekly team sessions. A 1FOCUS consultant will train the leaders to get started in 2 workshops.
In this workshop all team leaders learn the principles of focus & execution. They learn a process for goal selection, define their draft focus goal for their team and learn how to measure their goal.
Now we get to the core: Our behavior. The leaders learn how get really clear on what we have to do to achieve our goals and what's stopping us.Next to measuring the goal, what makes the difference is to actually measure our behavior! The leader learn how to draft these behavioral team measures.
After workshop 1, all team leaders teach the principles of 1FOCUS to their teams. They discuss the prepared concept goal and behaviors with the team to create their best version.
Now, after the team onboarding, the leaders got a lot of feedback from their teams. Time to check the final version. When all definitions are clear, we can setup the online tool and prepare for the weekly team meetings.
In this last step, the teamleaders learn how to hold effective weekly sessions with their team and monthly sessions with their group manager. Every 2-3 months they evaluate to adapt to changes.
